Purple Cabbage Salad. This was just OK too. It made a HUGE bowlful – like 12 servings. Again very healthy side dish or lunch. The taste of the salad didn’t jump out at me. Eliot ate all of it because he can’t stand food going to waste – he mixed it up with his salads during lunch at work. For me, it’s not one of those dishes that you can eat over and over again or a large portion. Here’s the pic:

Well Chay, I’ve spent all weekend writing down ALL of your ratings in the 3 books. It took me all weekend and now next week, I’ll cook some of them HA! HA! I have to say a BIG THANK YOU for sharing your thoughts and taste buds with us all year. I’ve appreciated all the inpput.
You mentioned that you had a best Neatloaf recipe from The Peaceful Palate. Can you share?

Thanks Johanne! I will still be posting a few per month. Every now and then I get really busy and the recipes and blog take a backseat
