Shredded Brussel Sprouts with Apples and Pecans is just OK. I doubt I will make it again. Maybe its because I am so spoiled with this brussel sprouts recipe that I can’t adapt my palate
The healthfulness of this recipe is out of control. It made such a large batch that my husband took the leftovers to work and ate them until they were all gone. I’m so thankful Eliot loves leftovers.
